I'll Sell Your Home for as Little as 2.95%

When the time comes to sell your home, please consider my services as a Realtor.  My fees are low, but my marketing of your home is aggressive, extensive, and effective.  I'm an experienced, multi-million dollar producer, and I know what it takes to get your home sold at a satisfying price in our current market.

If another broker participates in the sale, the total fee will be just 4.95%  However, if I find the buyer, and no other broker is involved, then the full brokerage fee will be only 2.95%.  Either way, you can save thousands.  There are no up-front fees, broker transaction fees, reimbursable expenses, or other hidden costs.  A commission is only earned after your home has sold and closed.
